Logistics Administrator

This role is ideal for candidates with any level of experience in shipping, logistics, transport, or related administrative fields. Full training will be provided to the successful candidate.
Logistics Administrator Responsibilities:- Serve as first point of contact for phone inquiries and visitors
- Manage air and sea imports, including tracking, customer updates, customs clearance, and invoicing
- Prepare export customs entries and related documentation
- Process Certificates of Origin and other required paperwork
- Provide operational support, including customer communication and email management
- Assist with various administrative tasks (invoicing, liaising with shipping partners, ordering supplies)
- Experience in logistics, shipping, transport, or related administrative roles (all levels of experience welcome)
- Strong communication skills (written and verbal)
- Good organisational abilities and time management
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook)
- Attention to detail and accuracy
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Willingness to learn new systems and processes
