Activities Assistant – Care
Pay: £11.61 per hour
Expected hours: 28 per week
We are currently seeking a dedicated Activity Assistant to join our team in a care home setting. The role involves providing engaging and stimulating activities for residents in our home. If you have a passion for enhancing the quality of life for older adults, we would love to hear from you.
Qualifications:
- Previous experience working in a care home or nursing home environment is desirable.
- Excellent communication skills to interact effectively with residents, families, and staff.
- Compassionate and caring attitude towards older adults in need of support.
- Understanding of dementia care principles and the ability to adapt activities accordingly.
- Ability to work collaboratively with other care professionals to enhance resident well-being.
