We are currently seeking experienced Healthcare Assistants (HCAs) to join our pool of locum staff. As an HCA with Springday Healthcare, you'll have the chance to work temporary shifts across various healthcare settings.
Requirements:
- A minimum of 1 year of recent experience in a healthcare or caregiving role.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage effectively with patients, families, and colleagues.
- A compassionate, patient-centered approach to care with a genuine desire to positively impact others' lives.
- Flexibility to work various shifts, including days, nights, weekends, and holidays, based on the needs of the healthcare facility.
- Relevant certifications such as Manual Handling and Safeguarding of Vulnerable Adults are advantageous.
