Administrator - £27,000-£29,000 depending on experience – On site Monday to Friday – Hedge End - outskirts
We are thrilled to be working in partnership with a well-established and thriving local family-owned business currently seeking an administrator to provide essential support to their directors. This role entails a diverse range of responsibilities within a process-oriented and regulated environment. As an administrator, you will be a crucial member of a small, dedicated team, making significant contributions to the business's success. To excel in this position, you must adopt a proactive approach, demonstrating exceptional attention to detail and a commitment to excellence in all tasks.
The Administrator duties include:
- Responding to emails and handling incoming calls from clients and contractors and dealing with any queries
- Processing job sheets on a daily basis from the contractors onto the database
- Scanning documents onto the system and setting up new client information
- Checking inspection notes from work carried out and flagging up any issues
- Uploading invoices onto Sage and liaising with clients regarding any queries
- A small amount of credit control to support with chasing outstanding payments or queries on accounts
- Producing reports on Excel and highlighting any discrepancies
- Managing the holiday rota for contractors
- Ensuring health and safety documentation is complete and filed away, and managing the compliance for audit purposes
- Booking in transport for servicing
Key skills and experience
- Ideally Sage Line 50 and strong MS Office skills
- Previous experience within an administration based role
