Interim Group People Manager

Ashley Kate HR & Finance are excited to be supporting our Social care client in the North West as they recruit a Group People Manager for an interim contract for 3 months.
Working closely with the Head of HR, the Group People Manager will be responsible for development of the strategy for HR and OD, as well as the management of a small team.
Working closely with the senior leadership team you will be responsible for advising, coaching, mentoring, guidance, and support in all aspects of the people agenda.
The role:
Management, development and coaching a small team
To support and lead in Change management projects such as TUPE, Restructures, mergers/acquisitions
Review and develop HR Policies and process
Lead in complex employee relations cases
Support with job evaluations, advising on job design, job descriptions and the correct grading of roles
MI data analyses and reporting
Management of Unions relationships
To deliver a comprehensive and professional HR partnering approach to management
Lead in HR project work
To be considered you will have experience in the above areas, you will be CIPD qualified and available to commence immediately. The role will be based from home with occasional travel across the North West, for this reason the candidates based in the north west will be of preference.
