Location: Marylebone, London (2-3 days in the office)
Hybrid: 2 days office, 3 days remote
Salary: £60,000 - £70,000

About the Role:

As an IT Quality Assurance Engineer, you will be integral to our clients IT Services Team, reporting to the Technical Delivery Manager. Your responsibilities will include developing and executing test plans and scripts, identifying and resolving quality issues, and ensuring their systems meet all internal and external requirements. You will employ both manual and automated testing techniques, working closely with business analysts, project managers, and technical teams.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop procedures to test and manage project quality issues throughout the lifecycle.
• Create and execute test scripts using frameworks like Selenium or Katalon Studio.
• Collaborate with various teams to identify, replicate, and resolve issues.
• Document and communicate test results to stakeholders at all levels.
• Facilitate triage meetings and provide timely retest results.

Key Skills Needed:

• Proven experience as a Quality Assurance Engineer.
• Expertise in quality assurance and testing methodologies (e.g., Agile testing, black-box testing).
• Proficiency with automation testing frameworks such as Selenium or Katalon Studio.
• Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Experience in Legal Practice Management implementation (e.g., Elite 3E Cloud).

Desirable Skills:

• BCS/ISTQB Testing Certification.
• Experience within the legal services sector.
• Advanced SQL Server queries and scripting experience.
