I am currently working with a Housing Association based in Flintshire, looking for a Maintenance Inspector.

Our client is committed to enhancing the quality of life for residents by preserving and managing public estates across North Wales. They take pride in their responsibility to maintain these properties for the benefit of their community.

The Role:

In this role, you'll carry out inspection of tenanted properties, diagnosing maintenance issues. You'll also carry out mutual exchange inspections.

What They Are Looking For:

- HNC in Building or equivalent.
- Pre and post contract experience
- Experience in dealing with tenants and residents.
- Knowledge of relevant legislation.
- Ability to assess asset-related risks.

The hourly rate for this role is £22 an hour DOE.
