As a CNC Press Brake Operator, you will play a pivotal role in the production of precision metal components used in roofing and cladding systems. You will operate and maintain CNC press brake machinery to ensure the efficient and accurate bending of metal sheets and plates, contributing to the success of our roofing and cladding projects. This role requires attention to detail, technical proficiency, and a commitment to maintaining the high standards of our industry.
Key Responsibilities:

• Set up and operate CNC press brake machinery to bend metal sheets and plates, following project specifications and ensuring the quality of components for roofing and cladding systems.

• Conduct thorough inspections of finished components to ensure precision and accuracy, making necessary adjustments to maintain quality standards.

• Strictly adhere to all safety procedures and guidelines to maintain a safe working environment. Report any equipment malfunctions or safety concerns to the supervisor.

• Perform routine maintenance on CNC press brake equipment, including cleaning, lubrication, and minor repairs. Promptly report any maintenance issues to the maintenance department.

• Collaborate closely with other team members, including machine operators, machinists, and quality control personnel, to achieve production goals and ensure seamless workflow.

Qualifications:

• Proven experience as a CNC press brake operator/Programmer
• The ability to read technical engineering drawings
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to maintaining quality standards.
