Bench Hand Joiner

Our client based in Halifax,, are recruiting for experienced Bench Hand Joiners to join their existing team. The successful candidate MUST have their own tools.
Shifts & salary:
- Full time role
- 8am - 4.30pm Monday to Friday
- £14 an hour
Key responsibilities:
- To work independently on a bench in a joinery workshop.
- Assembling, measuring, cutting and quality checking purpose made products.
- To use a wide range of joinery tools, saws and power tools.
- To work from drawings.
- Working to a high quality standard.
- Keeping work area clean.
Key requirements:
- Must have bench hand joinery experience.
- Must have own tools.
- Must be able to understand production schedules and technical drawings.
- Must be experienced in producing high end products using a variety of wood, experience with metal also preferable.
