Role and responsibilities

The successful Building Surveyor will have a dual role of 50/50 project to professional service line focus, working on a range of local authority, education, social housing and private residential properties, with schemes valuing up to £5M.

Person specification

This role will suit a driven individual, who works collaboratively in a small team, as well as being communicatively confident and enjoys running projects.

• MRICS qualified (Not essential)
• RICS accredited degree (Essential)
• Social housing, residential or public sector background would be advantageous
• Technically astute, with contract administration/ project management knowledge
