Position: Primary School Teaching Assistant

Location: North East

Multiple opportunities available: Full time/Part time/Flexible

Key Responsibilities:

• Support classroom teachers in delivering engaging lessons and activities.
• Assist students with their learning, providing one-on-one support when needed.
• Help maintain a positive and inclusive learning environment.
• Foster positive relationships with students, staff, and parents/guardians.
• Assist with classroom management and behavior reinforcement.
• Contribute to the planning and preparation of learning materials.

Qualifications:

• Previous experience working with children is preferred.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Patience, empathy, and a genuine passion for working with children.
• Ability to work collaboratively as part of a team.
• A proactive and flexible approach to tasks and responsibilities.
• Relevant qualifications or willingness to undergo training (e.g., Teaching Assistant qualification).
