Interaction Recruitment are seeking an Office Administrator for our client based in Oldbury.
Duties Include:
- Oversee the day to day functioning of the office, ensuring that administrative process run smoothtly.
- Providing support to colleagues , including handling correspondence , preparing documents and scheduling meetings.
- Managing communication channels , such as phone calls and emails.
- Manage fata entry and other record keeping tasks.
- Process invoices and manage accounts payable and receiveable.
- Coordinate with building managment for office maintenance and repairs.
- Ensure a safe and clean work envinroment.
- Support the recruitment , onboarding and training of new staff members.
Working Hours:
- Monday to Friday.
- 08.30 to 16.30.
