Service Manager for Adults with Learning Disabilities
Location: Cheshire and Merseyside 
Salary: up to £40'000  (fixed term contracts considered

Clinically Sound has partnered with one of the UK’s largest learning disability charities, who support over 2,500 people through our diverse and supportive teams.

Your Role: As a Service Manager, you'll support adults with learning disabilities, ensuring they live fulfilling and independent lives. You'll lead by example, coach and manage staff, and collaborate with regional managers. Responsibilities include:

  • Managing day-to-day operations of the service
  • Ensuring high standards of care and support
  • Promoting independence and choice for those we support
  • Leading and inspiring your team

Requirements:

  • Experience supporting adults with complex learning disabilities
  • Knowledge of CQC regulations
  • Level 5 Diploma in Leadership and Management for Adult Care (or ability to achieve within 18 months)
  • Good IT skills and record-keeping
  • Understanding of Health and Safety and Safeguarding regulations
  • Full UK driving licence and access to a vehicle
