Controls Engineer BMS (TREND)
- Monday- Friday
- 36 Hours working week.
- 5% employer pension
- Overtime available to boost earnings.
- Static Engineer (London).
The activities delivered by my clients highly skilled team is ensuring optimal performance of new BMS installations and upgrades across their client's sites to maintain comfort conditions and drive down energy usage in our goal to achieve Zero Carbon.
Day to day:
- Provide an exceptional level of commitment and professionalism in delivering value enhancing BMS PPM activities for FM client
- Conduct routine inspections and preventative maintenance on BMS components.
- Identify and deliver opportunities for improvements and essential remedial works that will increase the performance of the BMS for both our end client and the site team.
- Have the opportunity to design and configure controller strategies and schematics for Trend.
- Complete “Deep Dive” energy optimisation works alongside the Energy Managers to enhance the opportunities for energy savings and carbon reduction.
- Carryout surveys, proposals and quoting of small / remedial works as required.
