Job Duties:

• Develop architectural designs in line with client requirements
• Create detailed drawings and specifications for construction projects
• Collaborate with engineers and construction teams to ensure designs are implemented accurately
• Conduct site visits to assess progress and address any design issues
• Stay updated on building regulations and industry trends

Required Qualifications:

• Proven experience working as an architect
• Proficiency in architectural design software
• Excellent communication and project management skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team

Education:

Bachelor's degree in Architecture

Experience:

Minimum of 5 years of relevant experience in architectural design

Knowledge and Skills:

• Strong understanding of construction processes and materials
• Ability to translate client needs into innovative design solutions
• Attention to detail and creativity in design

Preferred Qualifications:

• Master's degree in Architecture
• Professional certification from relevant architectural bodies

Working Conditions:

This role involves working both in an office setting and on construction sites. Travel may be required to visit clients and project locations.
