Multi Trades Recruitment are looking for an experienced Administrator for maternity cover.
We are currently seeking an Administrator to join our team in a dynamic office environment. The successful candidate will play a crucial role in supporting the day-to-day administrative functions of the office.
Duties:
Qualifications or Required Experience:
- Understaning of FM business or similar environment
- Able to work as part of a team and interact with Client and Suppliers
- Excellent time management skills, able to work to deadlines
- Working knowledge of MS Office including Excel and Outlook
- Experience in using Planon or similar CAFM system
- Experience in using business finance and administration systems such as SAP, Oracle,Coupa
- Previous experience working in a high-end, fast paced environment
- GCSE’s minimum Grade C in English and Maths
Salary: £25k - £27k depending on experience
Mon to Fri
8:30 - 17:00
Requirements:
- Proven experience as an administrator or similar role
- Excellent organisational and time-management skills
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to multi-task and prioritise work effectively
- Attention to detail and problem-solving skills
- Excellent phone etiquette
- Knowledge of basic bookkeeping principles
- High school diploma or equivalent; additional qualification as an Administrative assistant will be a plus
