Position: Nursery Manager

Location: Southampton, Hampshire

Contract Type: Permanent, Full-time (all year round)

Manaba are working in partnership with a wonderful day nursery on the outskirts of Southampton who are looking to appoint an experienced Nursery Manager.

This role would suit someone with previous management or leadership experience due to the size of the setting, and you must have excellent communication  and leadership skills with the ability to support the day to day operations within this outstanding setting.

It is a family run business and they are looking for a Nursery Manager who will play an integral role and who can share their passion and drive to deliver the best possible service to their children and families.

Salary range is £39,520 to £41,808 which is depending on experience and qualifications

Essential requirements for the role of Nursery Manager

• You must hold a minimum Level 5 Early Years Qualification (or equiv)
• Have at least 2 years experience within a mangerial role
