Employment Key Worker – Fixed Term Contract
Salary - £29,270 per annum
Hours – 37 Hours (Full time, fixed term contract – until 31st of March 2025)

We are currently recruiting for an Employment Key Worker, to be based in the Liverpool city centre area. This is a fantastic role working through the delivery of a range of guidance and training services for customers under the supervision of National Probation Service, contributing to individuals sustained improvement in health and wellbeing.

Responsibilities:
 

• Ensure service users receive a personalised wellbeing offer that meets individual needs and level of complexity.
• Manage a wide range of service users, by caseload, to achieve targets.
• Identify, develop and maintain effective relationships with key local services to support service users, including activity such as: signposting and case conferencing.
• Produce high quality service user action plans.
• Update wellbeing contract compliance.

Qualifications / Skills Required:
 

• Detailed knowledge of the local health and wellbeing support landscape.
• Understanding of the quality issues relating to delivery in justice setting.
• Ability to work in a target driven environment.
• Ability to work under pressure and manage competing priorities.

Due to the nature of this role, you will be required to complete an online Disclosure and Barring Service (DBS) check.
