We are looking for an experienced Administrative Officer to join our team in the Shotton Paper Mill Project.

Responsibilities:
- Assist in daily administrative tasks such as office management, visitor pass requests, meeting with visitors at the gatehouse, arranging visitor inductions, and preparing daily timesheets.
- Coordinate and schedule meetings, appointments for relevant employees and team members.
- Maintain and update company databases, records, and filing systems.
- Prepare and distribute documents, reports, and presentations as needed.
- Assist in the preparation of contracts, proposals, and other documents.
- Manage car rental agreements, hotel bookings, and travel arrangements.
- Oversee office supply inventory and place orders when necessary.
- Assist in organizing company events, conferences, and meetings.
- Collaborate with other administrative staff to ensure seamless communication and workflow.
- Perform general outside administrative duties.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Human Resources, or a related field.
- Proven experience in administrative and HR roles.
- Proficiency in MS Office (MS Word, Excel, and PowerPoint) and time management systems.
- Valid driver’s license.
- Strong organizational and time-management skills.
- Attention to detail and accuracy in work.
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively.
- Familiarity with construction industry terminology and processes is a plus.
- Availability to work Monday to Friday from 7:00 AM to 5:30 PM.
