We are very excited to be working with a leading Mechanical and Electrical Contractor, based on the search for Electrical BIM Coordinators in Kildare / Dublin.

This is a very well established firm, working Internationally, delivering MEP projects across Data centre, Pharmaceutical, Commercial, Industrial, Educational, Healthcare.

Your new Role

As the firm continue to expand their services due to increasing demand, they are now on the search for a skilled and experienced Electrical BIM Coordinator.

Your responsibilities will include:

  • Manage and maintain project content and source any additional content as required. 
  • Understand and ensure any changes in procedure and standards are effectively communicated to project teams. 
  • Coordinate and manage BIM project data sets/workflow and project set up. 
  • Proficient in the use of Revit for Modelling of MEP projects.
  • Communicating effectively and offer cross-team support. 
  • Set up linked models and coordinate models across disciplines. 
  • Daily model administration and maintenance. 
  • Daily cooperation with the BIM Lead and wider BIM Team.

Do you Fit the Bill?

  • Relevant Mechanical or Electrical Degree, or a Speicific BIM Qualification.
  • Minimum 4 years experience in a similar BIM position within an MEP Environment.
  • Skilled in the use of Revit, Navisworks and BIM 360.
