Pay rate:- £35,900 - £40,000 DOE + £5,000 Welcome Bonus

Job Description: Registered Mental Health Nurse (RMN)

We are looking for a dedicated and compassionate Registered Mental Health Nurse (RMN) to join our healthcare team. In this role, you will provide high-quality care and support to patients with mental health conditions, working collaboratively with a multidisciplinary team to ensure the best outcomes for our patients. Your primary responsibilities will include assessing patients’ mental health needs, developing individualized care plans, and delivering therapeutic interventions.

As an RMN, you will conduct comprehensive assessments, administer medication, and provide emotional support and guidance to patients and their families. You will monitor patient progress, documenting any changes in their condition and adjusting care plans as necessary. Additionally, you will play a crucial role in crisis intervention, helping to de-escalate situations and ensure the safety and well-being of patients. Your expertise and compassion will be vital in promoting mental health recovery and resilience.

The ideal candidate will have a valid RMN qualification and registration with the Nursing and Midwifery Council (NMC). You should possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills, along with a thorough understanding of mental health disorders and treatment approaches. Experience in a similar role is advantageous but not essential.
