Responsibilities:
- Project Leadership: Oversee the delivery of a £120m residential scheme, ensuring it meets all commercial and contractual requirements.

- Commercial Acumen: Apply your commercial expertise to manage budgets, contracts, and stakeholder relationships effectively.
Salary range: £95K- £100K this will be based on experience plus packages
Required: High rise residential experience.
