My client are a leading construction, infrastructure, engineering, and fit-out contractor operating across the UK. They deliver projects across a range of sectors including healthcare, education, leisure, highways, and utilities.

They are recruiting for a Project Quantity Surveyor to join their team and work on a large healthcare project in the Merseyside area.

As the Project QS, your duties and responsibilities will include:

• Managing subcontracts
• Preparing and agreeing monthly interim valuations and final accounts
• Recording, costing and agreeing contract variations
• Internal monthly cost/value reconciliation cost reports
• Subcontract procurement including preparing tender enquiries, reconciling quotations and placing subcontract orders
• Management notification and payment of subcontract interim and final accounts.
• Day to day cost control and cashflow forecasting
• Maintaining and developing professional relationships
