In the Payroll Specialist vacancy, you will be:
- Carrying out monthly payroll for 190+ employees and develop systems/policies to support the increase in payroll processing that will take place during 2025.
- Coordinating end to end Payroll processing and supporting employees with internal systems (training provided)
- Processing and checking all additional monthly items for payroll to include starters, leavers, overtime and additional payments are processed accurately and on time.
- All other payroll administration and duties involved including auditing data, reports etc.
- Supporting departments and other team members and leading on all queries including taxation and payroll
To be successful in the Payroll Specialist role:
- A minimum of 3 years of payroll processing experience
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field preferred.
- Proficiency in payroll software and MS Office Suite, especially Excel.
- Strong understanding of payroll principles, tax regulations, and compliance standards.
- Excellent attention to detail, problem-solving skills, and the ability to handle sensitive information confidentially.
This is a permanent, full time position working Monday to Friday and starting on a salary IRO 30k but negotiable for the right person. You’ll be based on-site in Deeside working within a team environment.
