In the Payroll Specialist vacancy, you will be:

  • Carrying out monthly payroll for 190+ employees and develop systems/policies to support the increase in payroll processing that will take place during 2025.
  • Coordinating end to end Payroll processing and supporting employees with internal systems (training provided)
  • Processing and checking all additional monthly items for payroll to include starters, leavers, overtime and additional payments are processed accurately and on time.
  • All other payroll administration and duties involved including auditing data, reports etc.
  • Supporting departments and other team members and leading on all queries including taxation and payroll

To be successful in the Payroll Specialist role:

  • A minimum of 3 years of payroll processing experience
  • Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field preferred.
  • Proficiency in payroll software and MS Office Suite, especially Excel.
  • Strong understanding of payroll principles, tax regulations, and compliance standards.
  • Excellent attention to detail, problem-solving skills, and the ability to handle sensitive information confidentially.

This is a permanent, full time position working Monday to Friday and starting on a salary IRO 30k but negotiable for the right person. You’ll be based on-site in Deeside working within a team environment.
