The Quality Manager will be an integral part of the engineering and manufacturing department, ensuring product quality within the fast-moving consumer goods (FMCG) sector.

Description

  • Develop and implement quality assurance policies and procedures
  • Audit 3rd party manufacturers and key suppliers
  • Maintain site standards for quality, hygiene, pest control etc
  • Work closely with the manufacturing & NPD team to ensure consistency
  • Report on quality metrics and present data-driven reports
  • Coordinate with internal teams for product inspections
  • Ensure compliance with relevant regulatory standards
  • Drive continuous improvement initiatives within the team

Profile

A successful Quality Manager should have:

  • Strong research and analytical skills.
  • In-depth knowledge of national and international industry regulations.
  • Understanding of business management principles.
  • Attention to detail
