£40,000 - £45,000/annum

We are looking for an Electrical/Mechanical Engineer with a strong electrical background and basic mechanical skills. The successful candidate will have extensive industrial and commercial experience, working with a variety of systems including electrical motors, pumps, air-conditioning, HVAC, control systems, and inverters.



Day to Day of the Role:

  • Service and maintain a wide range of electrical and mechanical equipment across various premises.
  • Troubleshoot and repair electrical motors, pumps, air-conditioning, HVAC systems, control systems, and inverters.
  • Perform electrical installations in compliance with industry standards.
  • Ensure adherence to customer procedures, such as entry/exit protocols, and maintain high standards of health and safety.
  • Communicate effectively with customers and colleagues, building strong relationships and providing excellent service.
  • Work independently, taking initiative and completing tasks to the required timescales and quality standards.


Required Skills & Qualifications:

  • Strong industrial electrical background.
  • Ideally 18th Edition qualified.
  • Experience with three-phase electrical systems.
  • Understanding of electrical controls, inverters, and starters.
  • Full valid UK driving licence.
  • Previous experience working with motors and pumps.
  • Ability to adhere to customer procedures and health and safety policies.
  • Excellent communication skills and the ability to influence positively.
  • Self-motivated with the drive to complete tasks independently.
  • A keen interest in engineering and technology solutions.
