We are seeking a dedicated Health, Safety & Quality Administrator to support our Quality & Compliance Systems Manager in implementing and maintaining our company's systems and processes for compliance with legal requirements. This role is vital in ensuring organisational compliance to Health & Safety regulations and maintaining a safe working environment.



Day-to-day of the role:

  • Ensure organisational compliance with Health & Safety regulations including COSHH, RoHS, REACH, WEEE, RIDDOR, and PPE.
  • Create and maintain Risk Assessments and Method Statements.
  • Monitor changes in regulations and initiate changes required to remain compliant.
  • Coordinate accident reporting and maintain records.
  • Coordinate Fire Safety measures and maintain records.
  • Assist with Quality System compliance and facilities tasks as requested by your manager.
  • Monitor and regulate the internal e-learning system.
  • Undertake additional duties as requested by your manager.


Required Skills & Qualifications:

  • NEBOSH or IOSH qualifications or currently studying towards them.
  • Understanding of general engineering and/or Quality systems is desirable.
  • Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to develop solutions.
  • Effective communication skills across all stakeholder levels.
  • Excellent organisational skills with a high level of accuracy and attention to detail.
  • Proficiency in MS Office.
