A new position for a Graphics Finisher has arisen at a well-established signage company in Manchester. The main responsibility of this role is to lead the day-to-day operations of the Graphic finishing team within the Production Team.

As a Graphics Finisher, you will need to:

• Utilise your strong organisational skills to effectively support the coordination of production activities.
• Ensure that the machines used in the graphic finishing production area are operational and in good working order.
• You will also be responsible for managing your time efficiently and completing all tasks in a timely manner.
• The ability to work both independently and as part of a team is essential.

Some of the key responsibilities include:

• Receiving scheduled jobs using the company's MIS System
• Meeting deadlines set by the Production Manager.
• Produce Vinyl Graphics
• Operate plotters and cutters
• Completing banner finishing and lamination tasks
• Ensure production quality and output levels are optimised.

Additionally, you will be responsible for conducting quality checks on finished products, maintaining a safe and organized working environment, maximising machine output to prevent backlog, and working with the coordination team to ensure timely dispatch of goods.

Overall, this role requires a detail-oriented individual with excellent time management and communication skills, who can effectively contribute to the success of the Production team and support other departments when needed.

Salary: 

£25,000 - £30,000 doe
