They have a very low staff turnover so opportunities at senior management level rarely arise. Owing to a steady increase in turnover of projects in their North Hampshire region however, they now have an opportunity for a Project Director to join their team.

The successful candidate will be managing the delivery of very high specification residential projects in prestigious locations, including some of their flagship projects. 
Their projects are predominately refurbishments of grand homes with contract values ranging from £2m to £20m. Applicants will have previous experience working on projects of this type.
