Your rate of pay and hours of work  

This is an ongoing temporary position offering an hourly wage of £12.06 - £13.00, paid weekly with accrued holiday pay. The shifts follow a rotating weekly schedule, requiring work 5 days out of 7, between 9:30 AM and 6:00 PM. Overtime opportunities are available for those interested. Additionally, this role has the potential to become permanent for the right candidate.

Responsibilities in your new role  

• Be knowledgeable about all hotel facilities, events, and activities
• Book spa and beauty treatments
• Assist at the club/spa reception, greeting guests as needed
• Assess clients' needs and suitability for treatments and products
• Perform treatments to a high standard, ensuring confidentiality and excellent customer care
• Handle customer feedback and complaints according to company procedures
