Position: Customer Services Administrator
Location: Near Banbury (own transport required)
Salary: £24,000 - £25,000 per annum (DOE)
Hours: Monday to Friday, 37.5 hours (8:30am - 5:00pm)

About the Customer Services Administrator role:

We are seeking a dedicated and organised Customer Services Administrator to join our client’s customer services team located near Banbury.  In this role, you will provide excellent customer service, ensuring consistently high standards are met. If you thrive in a dynamic environment and are committed to delivering exceptional customer support, we want to hear from you!

Key responsibilities for the Customer Services Administrator job role:

* Process orders via electronic communication and telephone, ensuring accurate and timely entry onto SAP.
* Handle order amendments, cancellations, or substitutions promptly and efficiently.
* Ensure correct pricing, including checking minimum order values and carriage charges.
* Verify order inputs against original orders and confirm details to customers.
* Respond to and act upon all customer queries promptly.
* Handle customer complaints, ensuring prompt and satisfactory resolution for both the customer and the company.

Skills and experience required to be successful in the Customer Service Administrator position:

* Motivated and organised with a ‘can-do’ approach to work.
* Good understanding of computer systems, particularly Microsoft Office packages (SAP experience is advantageous).
* Ability to work independently and within a team environment.
* High level of accuracy and strong numeracy skills.
* Excellent communicator with a clear and confident telephone manner.
* Ability to work under pressure, prioritise workload, and meet deadlines.
* Good problem-solving skills and a quick learner.
* Knowledge of SAP is beneficial but not essential.
