Role Summary:
- To identify, qualify and generate new revenue from a designated portfolio of Customers accounts by development of existing customers in line with the targets set by the company.
- To exceed revenue targets from a relationship-based approach, providing DX as the solution to the needs of a portfolio of customers.
- To successfully renew and uplift subscription on Document Exchange revenue in accordance with company policy.
- To sell new Document Exchange membership through incoming calls, campaigns and self-sourcing.
- To build rapport and demonstrate an empathetic approach to any customers concerns and queries.
Key Responsibilities:
- Retain, nurture and develop relationships with existing customers and their key decision makers.
- Identifying growth and referral opportunities to ensure monthly targets are achieved.
- Use influencing and relationship skills to build stronger customer loyalty through DX quality of after sales service.
- Execute an agreed contact strategy on your portfolio.
- Maintain a strong focus on customers’ needs and their perception of DX.
- To resolve invoice/account queries and raise necessary paperwork to ensure timely resolution.
- Always maintain professional telephone standards.
