Our client, a prominent entity in the HTP sector, is currently seeking an experienced Project Manager (City Development) to join their team on a contract basis. This role requires an adept individual who can contribute positively to the city's development projects, including leisure centres and depots, with values ranging from £0.5m to £20m+. The role spans 4-5 days per week for up to 6 months, with a mix of office-based and home working arrangements.

• Leading the development of projects in collaboration with Sponsors and Users
• Preparing comprehensive business cases and project delivery strategies
• Acting as the Client PM on projects
• Managing multidisciplinary project teams
• Preparing and managing project budgets, financial reporting, and programming
• Developing project planning, including risk management plans
• Preparing consultancy briefs, procuring, and managing consultants and service contracts
• Performing site visits to ensure project alignment and progress

• Experience in delivering buildings from inception to completion across all RIBA stages
• Proven ability as a Client PM for large-scale or complex projects
• Knowledge of JCT/NEC contracts
• Proficiency in procuring and appointing specialists, such as design teams and external PMs
• Understanding of the planning application process and development management
• Relevant RICS/RIBA/CIOB/APM qualifications
• Recognised Project Management Qualification within the construction industry
• Capability to undertake site visits effectively
