The Role
As a Pre-Sales Cyber Security Consultant, you will collaborate closely with Account Managers and the Post Sales team to build, influence, and challenge customers' cyber security strategies and services. You will lead client pitches and contribute to delivering end-to-end solutions.
In this role, you will be a key member of the Technical Pre-Sales function within the Business Solutions and Services team, contributing significantly to the growth of the company's Security pillar. You will focus on understanding customer challenges and supporting the enhancement of their security posture to defend against an evolving threat landscape. Your responsibilities will include engaging in pre-sales activities, understanding client requirements, participating in technical pre-sales discussions, and ensuring solutions and services meet client expectations.
Candidate Profile
- Minimum of 2+ years in a Pre-Sales role or similar within an MSP/Reseller organization.
- Understanding of incident response stages, endpoint detection & threat management, as well as global Information Security Standards (e.g., ISO27002, CIS, NCSE CAF, NIST CSF).
- Exposure to advanced cybersecurity services (e.g., SSE, SASE, SIEM, MDR/EDR) and familiarity with security frameworks and solutions.
- Engineer certifications in leading market solutions are advantageous.
