We're recruiting an experienced Customer Service Coordinator for a renowned household name.
This is a great opportunity for a Customer Service Coordinator who enjoys a busy, complex customer service role.
This is a temp to perm position.
The Role
- First point of contact for customers
- Answering customer queries over the phone and on email
- Ensuring a high standard of customer service is provided at all times
- Working within relevant guidelines and legislations
- Ensuring customer information is correct and up to date on company system
- Liaising with other internal departments
- Liaising with contractors
The Candidate
- Strong communication skills
- Previous Customer Service experience in an office based role
- Ability to mange own time efficiently
