We're seeking an experienced CNC Miller to join our client based in Huddersfield and produce high-quality components using advanced milling machines. Key Responsibilities:

• Set up, program, and operate CNC milling machines to manufacture precision components according to engineering drawings and specifications.
• Select and install appropriate tooling, fixtures, and cutting parameters for each job.
• Conduct routine maintenance and tool changes to ensure optimal machine performance and minimize downtime.
• Inspect finished parts using precision measuring instruments to verify conformance to quality standards.
• Troubleshoot and resolve machining issues, ensuring efficient and accurate production processes.
• Collaborate with engineering and production teams to optimize machining processes and improve overall efficiency.

Requirements:

• Proven experience as a CNC Miller, with proficiency in programming and operating CNC milling machines.
• Strong understanding of machining principles, tooling selection, and cutting parameters.
• Ability to read and interpret engineering drawings, blueprints, and technical documents.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Commitment to safety protocols and practices in a manufacturing environment.
