I am looking for a Clerk Of Works to join a Social Housing provider in Hertfordshire on a short term contract. The Clerk Of Works will be responsible for carrying out due diligence on repairs for a block of flats. There is option to have one day working from home.

Clerk Of Works Duties:
- Review works being carried out
- Carry out handovers in line with the organisations checklists
- Ensure all the work has been carried out to a high standard
- Oversee final inspections of works
- Carry out due diligence on the repairs works
What is required for the Clerk Of Works role:
- Experience carrying out handovers on repairs works
- Social housing experience
