An excellent opportunity for an experienced Planner or Senior Planner with a background in new-build housing projects.

Company
This is an opportunity for a Tier 1 main contractor operating across the Yorkshire region looking to deliver approx. £55 million of new-build social housing annually under NEC and JCT contracts.

The Role
Produce, monitor and update programmes for projects at varying stages, from tender stage, through design and construction stages. Liaising with design teams, specialist supply chain partners, and construction teams to obtain information, questioning and challenging information. 

Experience Required
Previous planning experience on projects preferably up to £20 million.
Comprehensive understanding of construction methods and timescales.
Experience of various residential projects e.g. low rise, extra care or assisted living.
Proficient in Asta.
NEC contracts experience.
