The CDM / Principal Designer Lead position is for an established Liverpool, Manchester and Preston based consultancy practice who work in all sectors of the built environment
The role is for a CDM / Principal Designer Lead carrying out the following responsibilities:
- Business development
- Offering health & safety / design risk advice
- Stay up to date with industry trends within the construction industry
- Experience in education, commercial, industrial and resiential sectors.
Requirements for the CDM / Principal Designer Lead role are:
- Minimum of 5 years experience.
- Acredited in health & safety
- Relevant degree
- Experience in design risk management
- Experience in the built environment
