Looking for Plasterer to work on responsive repairs
Immediate start, Temp to Perm Position, Rate £18 P/H CIS
Key Requirements:
- Previous experience in social housing maintenance.
- Residency in close proximity to our business operations.
- Relevant NVQ certification or equivalent qualification in Plastering also be able tile
- Possession of a valid driving license with less than 6 penalty points.
- Strong communication skills.
Responsibilities:
- Undertake various plastering tasks including patching, skimming, and full wall plastering.
- Perform plastering repairs and maintenance on both tenanted and void properties.
- Work independently or as part of a team to complete assigned tasks within given deadlines.
- Ensure all work is conducted in compliance with health and safety regulations.
