I am currently working with a leading local firm who are looking for a Warehouse Manager to join their team in their prestigious Thatcham warehouse.
Key Responsibilities:
- Leading a small team of employees in the laundry washing and press areas.
- Wash, dry, press and fold all linen, ensuring high standards at all times to ensure bedding are consistently clean and of high quality.
- Assisting the Operations Manager with the day-to-day running.
- To ensure all linen are cleaned to a high standard and ready to be returned - including: sorting, washing, drying, ironing, packing, delivering and collecting laundry.
- Ensure best practice and quality is delivered at all times.
Candidate Expectations:
- Previous managerial experience
- Experience in leading a team of people
- Ability to work on own initiative
- Flexible attitude to work and working hours
Working Days, Hours & Salary:
- Monday - Friday
- 6am - 3pm
- £25,000 - £27,000, depending on experience
