Chartered Building Surveyor

Cityscape are exclusively partnered with a modern, cutting edge firm of chartered surveyors who are growing their business and team exponentially. Currently searching for an experienced Chartered Building Surveyor familiar with level 2 and 3 surveys and Home Buyer Reporting skills. This role offers the opportunity to be part of a rapidly growing firm with an awesome portfolio, large war chest and lots of ongoing work. Great career opportunity, based out of luxurios offices in Epsom.

Chartered Building Surveyor– London

Tasks and responsibilities:

  • Nurturing strong client relationships.
  • Assisting the consultancy team in the day-to-day delivery of projects
  • Conducting level 2 and 3 building surveys and site inspections.
  • Completing Home Buyer Reports
  • Working with external clients and consultant teams.

Key skills required:

  • Strong verbal and written communication skills
  • Fluid in Home Buyer Reports
  • MRICS 3 years PQE
  • Level 2 and 3 Building Survey reporting skills
  • Experienced with modern reporting software.
