About the Company

Southampton City Council are currently seeking a Programme Manager to support their council-wide transformation programme. They are a leading organization in their industry and are committed to delivering high-quality services to their clients.

Job Description

The Programme Manager will be responsible for supporting the council-wide transformation programme. The successful candidate will be required to work onsite in Southampton 2-3 days a week and will support change in any of the company's directorates from Resident Services, Adults Social Care or Children's Services.

The Programme Manager will be responsible for delivering a major transformational programme, therefore, the company is seeking candidates with experience in delivering this type of project.

Requirements

  • Proven experience as a Programme Manager
  • Experience in delivering major transformational programmes
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills

  • Strong problem-solving skills
  • Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines
