HGV Class 1 Driver

Challenge-trg is recruiting Class 1 HGV Drivers for our client based in Widnes.
We are recruiting to cover various days including weekend coverage for store deliveries across the UK.
Induction required before shifts allocated of max 3 hours which will entail driving tests & on the road driving assessment (paid assessment)
There are various start times available with a current average shift length of 11 - 13 hours.
AM - Between 23:00 & 03:00
PM - Between 14:00 & 23:00
What the HGV Class 1 driver can expect:
Weekly Pay
Guaranteed minimum shift payment of 8 hours
Hourly Pay
24-hour assistance night operation team
The Requirements from the HGV Class 1 Driver
- A full Class 1 HGV Licence held for Min 6 months
- A valid Drivers CPC Card
- A digital tachograph card
- A full understanding of WTD legislation
- Reliable and excellent time keeping
- Flexible with start times & working days
