Do you have a strong understanding of either French or Spanish and experience in sales support? If so we may have the perfect opportunity for you!

Joining a well established company with a customer base all over Europe, you will be responsible for all aftersales administration and enquiries. 

Our clients head office is based in Europe, making this position a fully remote role. You will need to attend their head office for initial training and will then be provided daily support via teams. email and phone.

A commitment to attend a week or two's training away from home is essential.

Daily tasks of the Sales Support Coordinator

  • Complete order processing for the assigned markets, taking consideration of customer-specific requirements
  • Advising customers via both telephone and email
  • Coordination with other departments, in particular Supply Chain, Product Management and Accounting
  • Post-processing and tracking of web orders
  • Organisation and coordination of device deliveries
  • Complaint management

Skills required from the Sales Support Coordinator

  • Very good knowledge of French or Spanish (level B2/C1), knowledge of other languages, including German is an advantage
  • A good technical understanding
  • Customer-oriented and eager to work in an international environment
