Job Description:

GSL Education is seeking a dedicated and experienced Primary Teacher to join our vibrant school community in Shaw, OL2. The successful candidate will bring a passion for teaching and a commitment to fostering a positive and inclusive learning environment for our primary students.

Key Responsibilities:

• Plan, prepare, and deliver engaging and effective lessons across the primary curriculum
• Foster a supportive and nurturing classroom environment that encourages student participation and engagement
• Assess and track student progress, providing constructive feedback and adapting teaching methods to meet diverse learning needs
• Develop and implement creative and innovative teaching strategies to inspire students
• Collaborate with colleagues, parents, and carers to support student learning and development
• Participate in school events, meetings, and professional development activities.
• Uphold and follow the policies of the school

Requirements:

• Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent
• Proven experience as a Primary Teacher with a strong track record of success
• Deep understanding of the primary curriculum and effective teaching practices
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to inspire and motivate students to achieve their full potential
• Commitment to creating an inclusive and dynamic learning environment
• Enhanced DBS on the update service or willingness to apply for a new one
