HR Advisor opportunity - Hybrid - £35,000 per annum - Altrincham 

Monday to Friday 9-5.30pm

3 days office, 2 days from home 

We are recruiting for a large employer near Altrincham who are seeking a methodical, commercially minded and passionate HR Advisor to join their team on a full-time, permanent basis. The company are doing extremely well, and you'll be working as part of a talented HR team whilst supporting the wider business (mostly UK but some international work too). 

What you'll be doing:

  • Managing your own number of HR Cases including disciplinaries, grievances, performance issues, absence management, dismissals etc 
  • Supporting Managers across the business providing pragmatic and legally compliant advice 
  • Supporting HRBP's with HR projects 
  • Assisting with onboarding new employees and general HR admin duties (from offer stage onwards)
  • Continually looking for ways to improve processes and procedures 
  • Producing HR reports and presenting back
  • Using the HR system, maintaining accurate data
  • Supporting employees with any HR queries 

What experience are we looking for?

  • Previous HR Advisor experience and enjoys handling a varied caseload 
  • Excellent communication and written skills 
  • Able to work effectively in a busy and fast paced role and environment
  • Excellent IT skills including MS Office, and HR systems 
  • Excellent attention to detail
  • Methodical in your approach with problem solving mindset 
  • CIPD level 5 ideally
