Role: Operations Support Specialist (Print & Post Room)
Located: Field Based- Predominantly based at our client sites in Leeds/ Manchester/ Sheffield/ Nottingham/ Calderdale.

What you will be doing

  • Delivering efficient support services to the customer
  • Working across various client sites
  • Building relationships with users and managing their perception and expectations, including resolving immediate/simple operational problems
  • To ensure all work carried out is to the highest quality to ensure it meets customer confidentiality, customer deadlines, SLA and KPI’s
  • Follow and adhere to all Ricoh UK policies and procedures
  • Administering client orders
  • Processing client orders for print and document management
  • Fulfilment of orders using site specific process’s

You will ideally have

  • Experience in a customer facing environment.
  • Experience working in mail and print rooms is desirable but not essential as training will be given
  • Excellent customer service skills
  • Team oriented, pro-active, open minded
  • Good organisational skills with an attention to detail
  • Good communication skills, both verbal and in writing
  • Ability to work on your own at client sites
  • Ability to always demonstrate commitment and flexibility
  • Good time management skills
