Job Description: They are seeking a dynamic and highly organized Sales Account Manager to join their team. In this role, you will be responsible for managing a portfolio of key accounts, ensuring customer satisfaction, and driving sales growth. Additionally, you will focus on regenerating relationships with lost or low-spending customers, identifying opportunities to reignite their interest in their products.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage and nurture a portfolio of key accounts, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction and loyalty.
  • Develop and implement strategic plans to grow sales within your portfolio.
  • Identify and engage with lost or low-spending customers to regenerate interest and increase sales.
  • Conduct regular account reviews and maintain detailed records of customer interactions and progress.
  • Collaborate with the design and production teams to ensure customer requirements are met and exceeded.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in sales account management, preferably within the design or manufacturing industry.
  • Exceptional organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple accounts and priorities simultaneously.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to analyze sales data and market trends to inform strategic decisions.
  • Self-motivated with a proactive approach to identifying and pursuing sales opportunities.
  • Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
