Seeking an experienced Head Chef/ Manager with a real passion for quality fresh food, the pub itself is situated in a picturesque village location near to Chester.

The Head Chef/ Manager role provides a great deal of autonomy and you’ll have enormous influence over the performance of the business.

This role requires someone that can inspire a team, to bring out their potential and lead by example whilst being able to develop, cost and produce fresh seasonal menus for the variety of revenue streams within the business.

In your role as Head Chef / Manager, you will also be required to:

• Be financially accountable – e.g. stock control, ordering, manage and review GPs percentages
• Drive standards, quality and consistency
• Support and be actively involved in the continued development of your team with excellent communication skills
• Be responsible and able to manage all of the staff while carrying out your daily duties and working with the GM to drive the overall business forward
• Meeting food safety and cleaning standards

Salary: £35,000 - £45,000 depending on experience along with additional package.
